My research interests are in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Interaction Design. I work with colleagues in the Interaction Design Group to investigate the role and use of emerging ICTs (Information and Communication Technologies) and use this understanding to contribute to the design of useful, usable and satisfying technology.
